We are detached and situated in a commanding position opposite Peasholm Park, close to the North Bay of Scarborough on the East Coast of Yorkshire. Family owned and run for six years, offering a warm and friendly Yorkshire welcome.

Close to Scarborough Bowling Centre & Cricket Club,Victoria Park Crazy Golf, Cinema, Indoor Swimming Pool , North Bay Beach &  Scarborough Castle. We are a short distance from both Northcliff & Southcliff Golf Clubs, Spa Conference Centre, Town Centre & Stephen Joseph Theatre.

All bedrooms are ensuite with either Bath or Shower & are on 1st & 2nd floors, we do not have any Ground floor accommodation or a lift. Some rooms have veiws overlooking Peasholm Park. All bedrooms have Tea/Coffee making facilities, Colour TV, Hair Dryer, Radio Alarm Clock & have Central Heating.

The Dining Room looks out towards beautiful Peasholm Park, with seperate tables for each party. There is a menu choice including Full Yorkshire Breakfast or Vegetarian Breakfast made with locally sourced produce (Member of DeliciouslYorkshire Breakfast). An evening meal is available most evenings, excluding Sundays & Wednesdays.

There is a TV Lounge, Public Phone & a Licensed Bar on the ground floor, the bar has Bottled & Canned Drinks, Wines & Spirits, it closes at 10pm. 

Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building.

Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm. Please advise of arrival time. Check-out is 10.00am
