We are a detached Bed and Breakfast hotel in Scarborough, situated in a commanding position opposite beautiful Peasholm Park, in a central location in Scarborough, close to the North Bay on the East Coast and new Sands Resort, Promenade and seafront.

All bedrooms are en-suite with Bath or Shower, & are on 1st & 2nd floors, (lift not available). All rooms have Tea/Coffee making facilities, Colour TV, Hairdryer, Radio/Alarm Clock & are Centrally Heated. Some bedrooms have views of beautiful Peasholm Park.

The Dining Room looks out towards Peasholm Park with separate tables for each party. Menu Choice includes Full Yorkshire Breakfast or a Vegetarian Breakfast made with locally sourced produce ( Member of DeliciouslyYorkshire Breakfast, Welcome to Yorkshire)

There is a TV Lounge, Public Phone & a Licensed Bar on the Ground floor, the bar has Bottles & Canned drinks, Wines & Spirits & is open 6.15-10pm. Bottle of Wine can be ordered for your room on arrival.

Check-in is between 2-8pm, please advise of time of arrival.
Check-out is 10am.
